Raw veal roast in aul shape, available from 259 g to 2 kg / 200g per person.
Preparation: Preheat oven to 220 °C / bake meat loaf for 15 minutes / reduce heat to 170 °C and bake depending on weight: 200 g = 30 minutes / 1 kg = 60 minutes / 2 kg = 120 minutes.
Shelf life: upon receipt, refrigerated 1 day / frozen 3 months.
Shipping an order to your home or to a specified delivery address is free for orders over CHF 75. For orders under CHF 50, shipping costs of CHF 12 are charged and for orders between CHF 50 and 75, shipping costs of CHF 8 are charged.

For orders placed by 10:00 a.m. (MON - THURS), the products will be delivered on the following working day. Orders placed after 10:00 a.m. on Thursday and between Friday and Sunday will be delivered the following Tuesday.
