There is generally no right of return for food. Of course, you have the right to food that is free of defects, which also means that it is not spoiled. If the latter defect is the case, you can return the goods to us free of charge within 7 days. If the manufacturer can identify the error, we will refund you the purchase price or send you a free replacement for the goods in question. The postage will not be charged again.
The same return times apply to non-food items if defects are proven. We will then refund the purchase price or exchange the goods. Delivery is then free of charge.
