Our chicken and pork meet the Culinarium standard from Eastern Switzerland, while beef and veal come exclusively from Switzerland and therefore meet high quality and animal welfare requirements. We also fully recycle all organic waste.
We produce part of our electricity ourselves with our own solar system and obtain the remaining requirements entirely from renewable Swiss hydropower. Our systems also work with modern heat recovery and energy-efficient cooling and heating systems that sustainably reduce energy consumption.
