Free shipping

With our free standard shipping, your order will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed by 10:00 a.m. are usually delivered by 5:00 p.m. the following day. For orders placed after 10:00 a.m., delivery will be made by 5:00 p.m. on the next working day.

Postal overnight express (recommended)

For particularly fast deliveries, we recommend Post Night Express. Orders placed by 10:00 a.m. will be delivered the next day by 10:00 a.m. Orders placed after 10:00 a.m. usually arrive by 10:00 a.m. the next working day.

Sameday

With Sameday you will receive your order on the same day. The prerequisite is an order by 9:00 a.m. For later orders, delivery will be made on the next working day. Ideal for particularly urgent orders.

We carefully pack your order with ice, which we place in an insulating cooler bag. This will also be sent in a sturdy box that is padded with filling material. This means everything stays optimally cooled and safely protected during transport.

Yes, you can specify a desired delivery date in the checkout. We take this into account where possible.

Yes, some mountain areas are delivered within 48 hours (2 working days).
These include places like Jungfraujoch, Kleine Scheidegg, Zermatt, Poschiavo, Scuol, Samnaun and many more.
