Appenzeller Siedwurst, Appenzeller Mostbröckli and Appenzeller Pantli may only be produced and refined in the cantons of Appenzell Innerrhoden, Appenzell Ausserrhoden and St. Gallen in accordance with IGP's specifications.
The meat-related raw materials must come 100 percent from Switzerland.
If necessary, assembly may also take place outside the geographical area.
